Globetrotting Hi-tops!

Made some very groovy chuck-style hi-tops!  Eight designs so far for Sydney, London, Egypt, India, Paris etc as well as New York...

Time to pull our finger out!!

... or rather rattle them on the keyboard!  We've sort of neglected this blog in favour of other things but decided on a new weekly blog post to (a) show off new items and (b) just have a ranty old time (not really!) telling you what's been going on in our minds - after all it is over a year since subVersion opened up its mainstore on Impulse Island and so much has happened!  

Benu and Drew need huge thanks for allowing subVersion to be part of Impulse and we are glad to be able to repay their knowledge, skills and encouragement with a monthly contribution to upgrading IMPULSE.  This ensures IMPULSE can have even bigger and better events - from the outrageous Halloween Party at Betsy's House or the Mr Leather Contest to the regular weekly parties with our great djs, hosts and members!    

Thank you to all those people who have helped throughout the year and made subVersion such a joy to keep running:

• The models and MC who Webgoddess Mars organised for the fashion shows (for organised think "whipped into shape" - she's fierce!!)
• The hunt organisers who helped to advertise our clothes ...
• ... and the SL bloggers and fashionistas among shoppers and hunters who sent me pictures of themselves in their finds/purchases and praised them on the net (really must put some links to these later)
• The organisers of menswear week and various leather/latex fashion shows, who included me in their line up and posted some fab photos on Flickr
• Sim owners who kept going with malls even when the great depression seemed to make sales slump (that and all the adult/search/marketplace tribulations they had to overcome to stay noticeable)
• Benjamin Adored for helping advertise my freebies on MM groups etc and Grenville Weatherwax, Viper Wonder and Krusty Doobie for piloting my fanchise kits and giving me some valuable feedback.
• Lastly but in no way the least - you, our customer (hopefully!) reading this - thank you for putting some of your hard-earned lindens our way - we really hope you like the brand and continue to SHOP ON IMPULSE!
